Lemon Thyme Roasted Chicken with Madeira Sauce, served with green vegetables and dauphinoise potatoes and Lemon Tart for dessert.
Vegetarian/Vegan option
Baked Stuffed Peppers with vegetables on the side. Lemon Tart for dessert
