We explain not just how but why yoga, fitness and wellbeing are important in our term long weekly sessions providing excellent mind & body tools your students will carry with them for life.

Clubbercise

This super fun disco/club themed dance fitness class is popular with the ‘this girl can’ campaign. This high-energy dance fitness class is a fun way to promote fitness with glow sticks to popular songs we all know!

Zumba

Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before you know it, you are getting fit and your energy levels are soaring! There’s no other fitness class like a Zumba Fitness-Party.

It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating.

CHEERLEADING

Cheerleading is a fantastic way for children to learn the skills seen on films like High School Musical including stunts, jumps and tumbling, as well as great pom dance routines.

Dance

From street dance to disco, our fun dance classes teach kids how to dance using super-cool chart music from popular artists such as Little Mix, Lady Gaga etc.
