NDF provides the software system and transactional infrastructure by which customers can purchase tickets.
NDF may change the merchant service required in order to facilitate the online transaction at any time and may offer a range of merchant services. NDF sets the ticket price but does not set the merchant charge associated with the ticket price.
- EVENT INFORMATION
All details of Events including, but not limited to, event times, venue, ticket prices and ticket availability are entered onto the NDF website by NDF.
- TICKET SALES PROCESS
Customers can search the NDF sales site by ticket type, venue and day, the aforementioned options may be extended to further extend ease of use for the customer. When the customer has decided in which event they are interested. They may then need to specify:
- a) the method of payment
- b) the quantity of tickets they need to buy
- c) the name of the attendees associated with the ticket(s). NDF advises that a full attendee name is included when requested in order to avoid confusion. This is especially important when multiple tickets are purchased.
The site will then display the payment due for the tickets specified which will include any booking fees or delivery fees (if applicable). The Customer will then be asked to select their preferred method of Payment, if multiple payment methods are an option, and having entered and submitted Credit or Debit Card details, the NDF system will charge the Card Issuer the appropriate amount. On completion of the transaction, the chosen tickets will be registered in the Customer’s name and they will be sent confirmation of purchase.
We recommend that when using the site ensure you are only using one browser window. Using multiple browser windows could result in losing your tickets, duplicate charges or timer expiration. When making payment, do not use the “go back” key on your browser as this may cause you to lose your booking or make a duplicate booking.
- CURRENCY
Payment for tickets sold through NDF are in British Pounds.
- ORDER CONFIRMATION
Order confirmation will take the form of a summary web page at the end of the purchase sequence. This will be followed by an e-mail dispatched to the Customer. Both contain details of the tickets purchased and a unique purchase reference number, which acts as the Customer’s proof of payment and may be used by the customer as an e-ticket.
If a Customer does not receive a confirmation number (in the form of a confirmation page or email) after submitting payment information, it is their responsibility to confirm with NDF whether or not the order has been completed, as only the Customer may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process. NDF will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if a Customer assumes that an order was not placed because they failed to receive confirmation.
Any ticket-holder unable to present confirmation of purchase in the form of a print out of the e-mail (or web-page equivalent) and valid identification indicating they are the individual named on the confirmation may not be admitted to the event in question, and will not receive a refund.
